Are they really new? What are the latest trends in approaches to diet, and which ones have staying power? During this presentation, we will talk about the latest diet trends, the ones that continue to stick around, and whether they do or don’t deliver on the promises they make. We will also identify how these trends impact the industry, and what the opportunities and challenges of chasing trends might present.

 

Come see Jackie Schulz at our next Food Executive Women event.  Jackie Schulz is the Global Nutrition Director for Griffith Foods. Prior to her role at Griffith Foods, Jackie held roles in nutrition science, marketing, and regulatory affairs at Kraft Heinz, Nestlé, The Kellogg Company and Barilla. Jackie started her career as a clinical dietitian with a focus on pediatrics and received a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from Rush University in Chicago, Illinois and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of California at Davis.
