Kelly Jameson is a Supply Chain and Project Management leader with 20+ year history of leading complex simultaneous programs and consistently delivering outcomes and sustained growth in CPG – retail and foodservice sector.  Most recently, as Vice President of Commercialization for a large food manufacturer, she was responsible for PMO governance, strategy, and execution of commercializing new products to market, as well as building high performing teams.  Kelly is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her high energy and passion to empower teams to work hard and succeed.  An empathic and transparent leader, who is inspired daily by building relationships and working cross functionally across organizations to bring new products to life and executing with excellence.  Kelly is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Sabina Gebczyk – Global Director of Talent, Organization Development and Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging & Equity (DIB&E)

Sabina Gebczyk is a passionate advocate for creating equitable systems and processes in all stages of the employee life cycle thus creating more inclusive organizations where employees feel valued and heard. Her dedication to creating more equitable spaces is a deeply personal calling. She currently serves as a Global Director of Talent, Organizational Development and Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging & Equity (DIB&E) at Griffith Foods.

Prior to joining Griffith Foods, Sabina served as Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Lead at Ingredion. She is responsible for leading the design, development, and execution of Ingredion’s global DEI initiative, and ensuring alignment with the business goals and objectives.

Sabina had over five years of DEI experience and over seven years of government and non-profit work experience in international fundraising, refugee resettlement, housing, and global development.

Sabina was born and raised in Poland and immigrated to the U.S. on her own when she was eighteen to seek better education opportunities. Sabina holds a M.S. in Peace Operations from George Mason University Schar School of Policy and Government and B.A.  in International Relations from Webster University. She also serves on the board of the Chicago Alliance Against Sexual Exploitation (CAASE) and on DEIA Taskforce at the Executive Club of Chicago.
